Let us help you buy or sell a business. Call (905) 465-9348.
We will require the following from you in order to list your business:
- Three (3) most recent years of Financials (Income Statement and Balance Sheet, or all years if business open less than 3 years). We can work directly with your accountant on your direction.
- List of items included (equipment, furniture, fixtures)
- List of items excluded
- Lease
- Franchise agreement (if applicable)
Please note: we cannot sell your business without the above documents. Although there are some exceptions, the list largely represents what Ontario law requires for a sale of a business.
